Allied Properties is a full-service property management, development and leasing company located in Wilmington, Delaware. We currently own and manage over three million square feet of commercial retail space. Our current portfolio consists of power centers and lifestyle centers located in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Allied also owns several sites being developed in Delaware and Virginia for residential single/multi-family housing communities with retail components included.
